I m a mother of 81 days old baby . suddenly past 10 days I can't sleep in night even though my baby sleeps I m experiencing sleep issue both day and night .I feel tired but I m not able to sleep .my psychiatrist said to do relaxation and gave melatonin tab for 5 days is dat ok or how I can resolve from it .I want to sleep atleast at night .if i take citrizine tab I can sleep if not I can't sleep ..pls help me
