I m a mother of 81 7 days old baby . suddenly past 10 days I can't sleep in night even though my baby sleeps I m experiencing sleep issue both day and night .I feel tired but I m not able to sleep bec of my father demise and stress of baby .my psychiatrist said to do relaxation and gave melatonin tab for 10 days is dat ok or how I can resolve from it .I want to sleep atleast at night .while taking tab I m ok .how I can sleep without tab pls help me
