I'm a mother of 54days old baby I'm having fungal infections in groin area and in foot please suggest oral and topical medicine to cure fast

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Antifungals. As for antifungals, topicals are safe, and nystatin and clotrimazole are the best first-line options (both L1). Oral antifungals are similarly fine, with griseofulvin, fluconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole, and terbinafine all classified as L2 and amphotericin B as L3.
