I'm a mother of 54days old baby I'm having fungal infections in groin area and in foot please suggest oral and topical medicine to cure fast

A. Antifungals. As for antifungals, topicals are safe, and nystatin and clotrimazole are the best first-line options (both L1). Oral antifungals are similarly fine, with griseofulvin, fluconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole, and terbinafine all classified as L2 and amphotericin B as L3.
