I'm a mother of 3 month old baby. my doctor suggested Lacto gag capsules for one month to increase breast milk supply. can you please suggest whether it is safe or not to use.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. hi yes if your doctor has prescribed you should go ahead and take them. you can also take Himalaya shatavri Kalp or Shatavari Churna 3 grams with milk before bed time at night and have more green leafy vegetables and Makhana in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated
