Q.

I'm a mother of 3.5 month old baby. I'm having throat conjetion with pain, light headache and full body pain . feeling like fever. and nose block. is Cipla no cold and burofen 400 tablet is safe during breast feeding

A. Have Table Sumo cold twice a day..Drinking warm tea or gargling with lukewarm salt water solution also helps prevent dry cough. Getting enough sleep will help heal your body and stimulate recovery. Take basil leaves and honey, grind and mix well to make a smooth paste. Consume this every day to soothe dry coughs. Drinking plenty of water will allow you to stay hydrated and flush out harmful toxins, mucus, and other foreign bacteria from the body.

A. as you are a breastfeeding mother it is advisable to take medication only under the guidance of your doctor do not take it otherwise and also to take steam which will help you
