Q.

I'm a mother of 2kids. My elder one is 1 year and 10 months now and my younger one is 1 month tomorrow. Till now I was restricted from lifting or carrying my elder child. I wanted to know till when should I refrain myself from lifting and carrying my elder child who weighs around 12 kg.

A. If you had a C-section then you will still have to follow by not lifting a child because a child would be heavy at least 12 to 14 KG is on the minimum side I am assuming a and if you have had oh normal delivery then it is not a problem
