I’m a mother of 1month 3days old baby girl,presently she is with breastfeeding.As a job holder I’ve to go to work next month onwards where mine office timings are 11-7pm and I need to leave the baby at home almost nearly 11-12hrs, during that time can I mix breastfeeding as well as formula feeding . Could you please help out me in this problem which kind of feeding is better as I go to work.

Aptmil gold is a good formula brand you can start with and yes for working women who have to go out they have to go for combination feeding unless you have such good amount of milk that you can express and leave at home because behind you also your child would take feeding at least four times so it is better that you start bottle feeding now before your child starts rejecting otherwise it’s going to be an issue for you
