include banana, potato, paneer, milk, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, pancake, sheera, upma, poha, stuffed idli, dosa, roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, egg, fish, chicken if non vegetarian and use ghee in her meal preparations.
feed her on regular intervals after 2 hours, maintain good hygiene, avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
