I'm a mom of 1Month + old baby is it okay to stop taking Shell call tablet as I feel I feel constipation if I take.

Look I’ll be very honest with you calcium multivitamin and iron are extremely important for six months after your delivery so the medicine that you are taking is one of the best calcium supplements and it does not lead to constipation so if you feel you are sure it’s because of that then don’t take it shift to another medicine after consulting your doctor but don’t quit
