I’m a lactating mother. Does eating mushroom decrease my milk supply?

A. dear mum, eating mushrooms does not decrease the milk supply. you can surely have it. you should eat all seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.

A. Hi Mom, No it will not decrease your milk supply. You can have mushrooms during breastfeeding. The national academy of sciences recommend that people who are breastfeeding should consume 1,000 milligrams mg calcium a day. The sun is a primary source of vitamin D, but consuming mushrooms and oily fish can increase intake.
