I m a feeding mom. what type of diet I should take because I feel very low n week now a days

A. Dear Mom begin eating dry fruits, nuts, dates, fresh fruits, non veg or paneer, eggs, sundals or pulses, dals and greens in order to improve your health and also drinking a ragi health mix once a day will also improve your energy levels

A. Hello mom, eat a healthy and well balanced diet to keep your energy level up. You will need extra calories if you are breastfeeding. So include some high proteins snacks throughout the day. Eat whole grains, nuts and seeds, leafy green vegetables., eggs, lean meat, fish. It's important to stay hydrated. Thank you..
