Q.

I m a breastfeeding mother of 2.5 month old baby. I had a bleb in my nipple so i started pumping instead of feeding directly after 1 day it busted on its own. Now i m having a continuous pinching pain in my breast. How to get rid of it? Please suggest

A. Dear before every feeding session you can apply a warm compress to the nipple for a few minutes to soften the area and encourage the milk flow. You can wear nipple shield till you feel tht yoir bleb is healed totally and feed baby with it. Dont stress out and keep your position correct u wont get a bleb again. Be consistent in what u do Take care and get well soon MUMMA It is difficult to be a mother but you are rocking it Just be positive
