I’m a breast feeding mother n my baby is going to be 6month n my weight is also increased so I want to ask if I can start drinking Herbalife formula 1 protein shake ?

A. You want to look for a better alternative rather than drinking these protein shakes because if you go on a diet your breast milk will also reduce down so take a diet from a diet where you eat well but also helps in reduction of weight also if you’re having a normal delivery you can start with basic exercising like yoga and Surya Namaskar
