Dear Mommy, Yeah, you can take zinc and calcium tablets while you are feeding, it won’t be harmful for your baby and it’s good for your health as you will be needed it most during this time. And have all nutritional food , Desi Gee , green leafy veggies, Dill sabzi , Dry fruits to increase your breastfeeding.
