Q.

i m 8 month running pregnant with one 6 year old baby boy. I have a severe cough. I went to gyne and took medicine as prescribed by her but not properly relieved.

A. hi ji ,along with medication ,you need to take necesssary care and precautions . 1. you need to keep your self well hydrated drink luke warm water . 2. drink decoction of warm water ,tulsi leaves ,pinch of turmeric powder , fenugreek seeds and salt as per taste. you may take 5 or 6 tbsp of it twice in a day
