I’m 8 month old baby mother, I didn’t have my period after delivery , should I want to visit a doctor??

A. no. you can do a upt. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
