Q.

I’m 7 week pregnant don’t want to have milk , can u let me the source of calcium apart from curd . The milk smell make me nausea and drowsy

A. Hello mam, yes you can take in dry fruits and nuts, ragi , bajra, legumes such as chana, rajma etc are also quite good source along with green leafy vegetables as well.
