I m 7 month pregant if I eating anything I am getting gas stomach is full tight in this pregancy I haven't ate fruits also not feeling hungry what to do my baby weight is also low

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear mom are you constipated??? have lots of fluid and fiber in the diet and have small frequent meals ....do not stay empty stomach for long.. also include ajwain and heeng in your diet ...consult the doctor for supplement if required any
