I m 6 month postpartum mom but still I look like 7 month pregnant woman .my belly looks very big..how to deal with it and when should I start exercise to get normal body like before??

A. If you had a normal delivery then you can go for a proper workout avoid intense as of now without doctors advice but basic yoga and a proper healthy diet is definitely going to help in reducing your weight and will help in getting your body fit
