ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. Take syrup gaviscon. One whole At a time. You can take it and almost 6 times a day maximum. Works very good for acidity related to pregnancy. If you don’t think it is acidity then consult your doctor
