A. Hi dear mom, as per your height, your weight should be around 55 kgs, for reducing weight You should have a healthy and balanced diet, have a good breakfast and light dinner, you should have 4-5 frequent meals, do not skip any meal, Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid oily and spicy food, drink 3 litres of water everyday, sleep for 8 hrs , exercise for 15 mins a day to start with and gradually increase it.

A. hi calculate your BMI for your ideal weight ....if you feel you are overweight...try including light exercise in your day....i ,most medical professionals recommend to focus on balanced diet, light exercise and water intake as the top drivers for losing weight after pregnancy. Avoiding sugary foods and drinks, smaller but more frequent food portions and increased water intake are all safe for new moms whether they breastfeed or not. When it comes to your new exercise routine, find the time for yourself or join a class for moms and their baby as many yoga and pilates moves can be safely done with your baby by your side. Also Taking warm lemon honey water every morning first thing in the morning works wonders...try....
