Have natural foods like fruits and vegetables,
The main fruits to be avoided throughout the pregnancy are pineapple and papaya .
Keep yourself well hydrated with fluids and also go for walk and meditation would also be helpful

please avoid soft drinks and all maida items
please take green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts daily
please take daily sun light exposure
please take proper rest
