I'm 3month mother..can I drink coffee.it is good for breast feed

A. your baby is 3 months of age and you're giving breast milk to the baby that is no problem you can take coffee occasionally it will not affect the baby in any way

A. hello yes you can have coffee while breastfeeding but limited amount..limit your caffeine intake while breastfeeding, as small amounts can pass into your breast milk, building up in your baby over time. Still, up to 300 mg — about 2–3 cups (470–710 ml) of coffee or 3–4 cups (710–946 ml) of tea — per day is generally considered safe.
