Q.
I’m 39 weeks pregnant and still trying to get the baby’s head engaged. It’s my 1st pregnancy. Open to any suggestions.

Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Madam Actually cannot do anything about it the doctors they normally say that you should take about thousand steps per day that is going to help to squat kind of an exercise with an exercise in ball that is also going to help but only under the observation of a specialist
