Q.
I m 38 weeks pregnant. how many squats should I perform now during a day to normal delivery. and which type of squats should I do?

In my case i felt comfortable to sit in squat position rather than squats continuously so i did that. Moreover brisk walk is also very good approach for normal delivery. My labor pain had started just after brisk walk on the day of delivery
