Q.
I'm 37 weeks pregnant from 3-4 days i feel like stomach gets tighten while sitting and sleeping then again after sometimes it gets relieved.. is thr a sign of labor?.

Yes it is but for that the contraction should be little less right now if you’re facing contractions and a huge cap you still left it sometime because till the time the contractions are not less in number or the time between two is not less the Dilation is not very good but since you are feeling it on and off you should consult your doctor once
