I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I’m feeling very gassy is it normal??

A. You should avoid eating heavy to digest foods and chew some saunf after meals and include hing while cooking meals avoid foods which cause gas especially in dinner and gave more fruits and vegetables

A. hello since you are expecting mom it would be better you can take jeera boiled water and in regards for the medicine it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise u accordingly
