Q.
I'm 37 weeks 7days pregnant with my second baby. my gync induced labour today morning by inserting a tablet...can I do walking and exercise after that to induce pain further

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. It's good if you do walking as it helps to get a get a good procedure.
But try to avoid more working at once. And just for 5 to 7 minutes, you should walk and then take rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Avoid walking when you are feeling pain in abdomen.
