Q.

I'm 35 days postpartum Vaginal delivery. all my family members and my husband are really very caring and helpful towards me. i have no worries about anything. though i feel negative thoughts all time like losing dear ones, and can't change my mind from those thinking. im getting angry and crying over small things because of that mental stress. is this abnormal behavior? how to get rid of these negative thoughts? how long does it takes to change?

A. This is not an abnormal behavior and it is absolutely common to have these kind of thoughts in the postpartum. Due to hormonal changes and it is called as postpartum blues. If you start having more weird thoughts or if you think that you need some help then definitely consult a therapist. There is a page called postpartum support group India you can join in that on FacebookWrite Your Answer Here
