I’m 34 weeks pregnant.Suffering from gestational high bp(although in control now bt only by taking medicines)which is hindering my baby’s growth.What should be done so that proper nutrition reaches the baby.

A. Hello mam you need to avoid salt or sodium containing foods such as table salt needs to be limited quantity and instead you may use lemon juice for taste .. apart from that avoid salted snacks and pickles abd sausages , bakery foods and also packaged foods as they do contain lot of preservatives
