A. Well, there's a slight chance of preterm delivery as you've got a history of preterm delivery in the first pregnancy. Also, its normal to have mild contractions also known as Braxton Hicks contractions during the third trimester but if your contractions are associated with moderate- severe pain in the lower abdomen and back, do consult your gynaecologist
