Q.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant. starting weight 50.5 kilos and as of now it is 63-63.5 kilos. is it a healthy gain or more than it should be? my BMI starting point has been 21. what is anticipated gain in next 8-10 weeks ?

A. The weight gain is fine and nothing to worry about it and also during scan foetal weight is also mentioned from there you will get to know the growth of the vaby and follow up with your doctor take care
