I'm 3 months 10days baby's mother, hz very inactive since 2days , drowsy vnd sleeping entire day, not playing like previous, hunger levels also decreased, motion also getting smell, elders saying sandhulu like.. what should I do

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your docvftor and get it properly pjhysical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
