I'm 3 month baby mother.can I eat boiled peanut.plz give suggestion

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. no problem that is advisable to take boiled peanuts it is not going to harm your baby in fact there is no food that is going to be having bad effect on the baby

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi good evening mom..yes you can eat boiled peanuts..a lactating mom can have anything and everything in moderation during lactation period.....they are quite healthy so have in moderation . generally food restrictions are for first month
