i m 2nd time pregnant & its 7th week of gestation running...i have few questions 1. my baby is still on breast feed...so i was taking calcium & iron tablets but as i got know m pregnant i discontinued calcium & iron because i read few articles saying iron works as mutagen if taken in 1st trimester 2. my fasting blood sugar is 108 & HbA1C is 6.7......according to HbA1C i m diabetic with good sugar control....i was not diabetic earlier what should i do???
