I'm 2 months pregnant and I have thyroid what food can I eat or not?

A. Hello you eat all healthy foods. But you should eat gluten free foods. Means you should not eat bread and wheat flour roti and also refined flour roti. Instead of that you can eat ragi roti, makki roti or gluten free oats roti. And you should avoid broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, soyabean.
