I'm 16 weeks pregnant with my second baby..today I notice wet underwear ,whether it's a problem ? but my ultrasound is completely normal which I took at 7 weeks.

If you are having any kind of a discharge or any kind of discharge liquid coming out and that is not considered good during that time so you took a scan at seven weeks now it is 16 weeks and if you are facing this kind of a problem you should get it checked with your doctor
