do not worry , its commonly experienced during pregnancy. however you can try few home remedies, if still not able to eat then can consult your doctor for medication wiz are safe.
you can try including ginger as a cup of warm ginger tea or chew small pod of elaichi and keep it in mouth , its essential oil.will help reduce nausea.
even chewing fennel seeds , dill seeds helps.
use mint leaves for tea , Pudina pani.
eat slowly and have small and frequent meals
citrus smells like lemon z orange also helps in reducing nausea.
avoid fatty meals.
eat a balanced meal and stay hydrated

you can take tiny piece of ginger with few drops of lemon juice and pinch of salt daily once in a day for it.
must follow your doctor's advice
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
