Q.

I'm 12 years old and soon going to turn 13 but my height is just 141 cm..... could please you give me some advice which helps me grow a bit? 🙏🏻

A. Are you interested in sports activity, Volley ball and basket ball games give enough growth in height. Try to carry out these two games atleast, also take timely healthy foods and intake of fruits which must give enougj digestion which will give good health.
