ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear ma’am, if it’s the cheese that you are craving for then you an have a small piece separately. Pizzas you will have to make sure it’s well cooked and sometimes it can be topped with mould ripened cheeses which can cause food poisoning. And also the base is maida which can upset your tummy and may cause constipation. So be careful on what you choose to eat. Anything made at home is perfectly ok to eat.
