Q.
I'm 10 weeks pregnant now. 2 c-sections already done. This is my 3rd conception. I feel uncomfortable in sleeping position. Can you please advise on this?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. Take support of pillows and now a days there are pregnancy pillows available so you can but that abd siesta dieel sidewise instead of sleeping on your back for better comfort

Mam what discomfort are you facing First you’ll have to understand that and however you feel comfortable you should sleep that way because in the sleeping position we cannot guide you because it’s totally on your comfort and if you’re facing any other discomfort then you kindly check with your gynaecologist once
