Yes you can take but it does have more sugar content In it so if you have any propensity to develop gestational diabetes don’t consume it more to avoid problems

Hello ma’am Well a lot of women do have it but I will not advise you to go for it without consulting your doctor because it has a dual supplements or maybe preservatives as well so why take a chance with it and if you really want to take anything it would be best to consult your doctor before you go for it
