Q.

I hv tested covid-19 positive and my baby has no fever at all she is absolutely fine .. but one time I have given paracetamol drops 0.4ml to my baby for safety..I thought may be she will get fever ,so I have given drops to her without fever..does it cause any problem to her??? And I stopped breast milk also..now she is not with me after I tested positive ..pls tell me does paracetamol drops effect her in anyway if I have given her for one time without fever ??

A. no, it will not, as it was given only once. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed.
