i hv stretch marks post delivery..pls tell me how can i get rid of this

A. It is common to develop stretch marks after delivery. To reduce them, include protein, fiber and vitamins rich foods in the diet. Keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking and Yogasanas. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel with coconut oil twice a day on affected areas on clean skin.
