I heard that we shouldn't not give milk after eating food for baby is it true how much time we should not give milk fir them post food

Yes wait for some time as the child has just had his solids for atleast 1 to 2 hours depending on how much and what solids he had

milk should be purely simple without adding anything..except haldi , ganthoda...
