I having extreme fatigue, irregular periods, heavy flow during periods, chronic mensural cramps on the onset of menstruation, periods colour is dark brown or black in colour, nausea during menstruation for the last three months. it has been extremely difficult with a 4years old child at home. I have been very very weak now. I have PCOS for the last 13 years. Pls suggest a proper diagnosis where I can get some help. Plsssss guide
