I have vitamin d3 level 19 which calcium and vitamin tablet should I take to treat calcium and vitamin deficiency?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician5 years agoA. If you have deficiency of vitamin d3 then you should take tablet Shelcal a one tablet daily dose for three months and eat vitamin d rich food items like boiled eggs
