I have vitamin d deficiency and low ferritin level.pls suggest me some supplement or particular food .

A. For vitamin D deficiency you need to start a supplement as it is rarely found in foods and Sunlight is a natural source of Vitamin D so talk to your doctor and eat calcium and iron rich foods

A. to increase vitamin d levels have oily fish – such as salmon, sardines, herring and mackerel.red meat.liver. egg yolks. fortified foods – such as some fat spreads and breakfast cereals.
