Along with formula milk for yourself I would recommend you to take Shatavari powder it’s a very good lactation supplement so take it three times with the day with warm milk on the other hand you are already giving formula and this way when you do this take a supplement have plenty of fluid your lactation will also improve hopefully so you can slowly give more of your breastfeeding and completely quit on formula milk
