Q.
I have used extra virgin coconut oil for my son from one month age.But now skin become dry and is there any chance for cold in winter from coconut oil? please suggest other option for oil and a good moisturizer for winter.

Poojarinee DuttaMom of a 4 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Massage with a branded pure almond oil or with a mixture of olive oil and coconut oil in winter half an hour before bathing your baby. Apply any branded baby lotion to your baby after giving a bath. Happy parenting.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children5 years agoA. May be you can choose a product which contains good moisturising ingredients like coconut oil or glycerin or oatmeal. Coconut oil is the best natural moisturiser. Glycerine helps to acquire moisture from the air into the skin's outer layer. Oatmeal has the quality of retaining the skin's moisture and protect against dryness, rashes or severe irritation or itching.
